My husband gave me a pair of high heels when I was angry. He always has a way to make me happy.But they don't come in 1/2 size. It was loose and the heel was slipping. These inserts are perfect for the person with narrow heels. They are comfortable, not too thick and stay in place. I was a little concerned when inserting it as it appeared to not stay in place at first, but overnight I placed a shoe horn in the shoes after positioning the insert. That seemed to help. It's securely in place. Just make sure the bend between the back and the bottom of the insert makes full contact with the inner shoe surface. Easy to place it and have a gap.They also help if your shoes are a half size too large. Easy to install and very comfortable.
